We are an energetic group who volunteer in service for our veterans and schools. We gather donations for care packages for our active duty military and orphaned children. In addition, we honor our patriotic heritage by promoting the objectives of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR).
The American Revolution Experience
The Ladies’ Library Association in collaboration with the Lucinda Hinsdale Stone Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will host the American Revolution Experience Traveling Exhibit for the month of December. The innovative pop-up exhibition includes display panels and interactive digital kiosks that use storytelling, illustration, technology, unique artifacts, and primary accounts to connect modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation. Kalamazoo is one of only two communities in Michigan chosen to host the exhibit as it travels the nation.
The exhibit will be open
Saturdays and non-Friday weekdays from 10 am - 5 pm
Fridays from 10 am - 8 pm
Sundays from 12 pm - 3 pm
Closed December 9, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30
Exhibit Location: 333 S. Park Street, Kalamazoo
